The demo version of Oil & Gas Reporter is to be freely distributed and is full featured. MENU DRIVEN: Simply choose from menus which part of the program you want to use.
SIMPLE MONTHLY ENTRIES: Monthly entries to be made are as follows:
A. Run Ticket Data: Program calculates monthly state production reports from run ticket data;
B. Pumper's Gauge Sheets Ending Stock: Program compares pumper's ending gauge figures with lease run ticket figures, thereby enabling immediate discovery of any discrepancies in barrels;
C. Purchaser's Report: Compares purchasers figures (BARRELS, and GROSS dollars for each lease) with run ticket net calculations and pumper's report for errors.
TO GET UP AND GOING WITH THE PROGRAM, make the following one-time entries:
A. Leases - All of your company's leases, by both lease name and state identification number;
B. Wells - All wells on each lease (this is optional, depending on future reports desired);
C. Tank Tables - enter increments for tanks.
D. Distribution mailing List - of all entities to receive copies of state reports (investors, transporters, gatherers, etc.); automatically prints copies for each entity (no more long hours spent at the Xerox copying).
OIL & GAS REPORTER automatically nets your run tickets, producing information necessary to verify barrels calculated by your Purchaser. The Program calculates all data and then prints the state regulatory reports on acceptable forms
Oil & Gas Reporter is year 2000 ready.
Even though this is an MS-DOS based program, it will work with Windows 3.1, Windows 95 and/or Windows 98.
